Peanut Noodles

Noodles are generally quick and easy to make. This recipe includes a custom peanut sauce to make a delicous meal. Brocoli pairs well with the noodles. In the past, I've only used the stems for a better texture. This recipe is easily modified as the flavor profile accomodates for a variety of other ingrecdients. For example, meats such as Chicken or shredded Beef can be tossed into the noodles.

These noodles can also be sprinkled with sesame seeds for a nutty crunch. Additionally, the honey can be swapped with hot sauce or chilli flakes for a nice kick. To make the sauce, panut butter is used. Either crunchy or creamy can be used depending on what is available. If the sauce is too thick, additional oil or heat can be applied to the mixture.
