Classic Fried Rice

Fried Rice is a classic go-to recipe when faced with leftover rice. This meal is easy to prepare and can be altered to use whatever vegetables you have laying around. For a higher protein alternative, opt to use ground meat or shrimp. Fried Rice stores well and is an easy no-mess food to eat. This is one of my favorite go-to meals because of how simple it is to prepare.

For the fastest way to prepare, use a bag of frozen peas, carrots, and beans. This cuts down on the prep work significantly. Remember to add in some fresh garlic as this is the best part! The garlic and onion combine to make a delicous meal.
